Design for a city in the next 50 years with respect to a global sea level rise of 10 feet where land is reclaimed by man. It incorporates on site food production, generation of wind and wave power, advanced sewer systems, boat highways and infrastructure and preservation of an existing rail transit line. There is even a floating golf course. Enjoy.

:(. the black/white photo below shows existing conditions. the model above is when water consumes the area allowing for floating buildings to occur.
